BMW South Africa review in Cape Town, Western Cape: Wrong diagnossis

My car had starting problem. Took it to BMW agent for repairs. Initially three electrical components were identified. They called me week later to inform me that two components need to be replaced. I called them week later to collect the car. I was informed that they fitted the units but the problem still the same? It indication that it was wrong diagnosis? Nothing wrong with car specific component? They then identified 3rd component? But still want to charge for first 2 components. Unfair. Can I take this to Ombudsman
