I have been buying and using Bmw 3 series cars since the year 2000. My Last car before i sold it In February was FVM 945 MP. However because of the recent law in mozambique about driving foreign plated numbers in their country, I got an imported bmw from Japan 2005 model 6301. still in a very good shape 94.000 km. I called bmw eastview nelspruit to get the shock absorber checked and for replacement but to my surprise the service manager said they have been instructed by bmw south africa not to repair foreign cars in their garage. could you please confirm this statement. BMW South Africa review in Witbank, Mpumalanga: Customer Service
I have a new BMW125I coupe they towed my vehicle (Thursday 27/6/13) from my house, Friday after how many calls i had to make to find out whats happening i eventually got an answer Saturday morning (29/6/13) loose wire, when i collected the vehicle notices steering wheel does not feel right, took the vehicle home and Tuesday it went for service they now found out the rim inside is damaged, what i am trying to tell the lady who damaged the rim, the guys that towed the vehicle, cause now it is not BMW problem they want to fix steering? it is the wheel, tells me i can claim from my insurance they not going to pay for the premium that goes up, someone has to take responsibility for the damage, no use passing the buck to me, that vehicle had no steering problem before now it does, who is to blame, I eventually slammed the phone in the woman's ear, she obviously does not know a steering is linked to a wheel? Not happy at all
