BMW South Africa review in Durban, Kwazulu-Natal: 19" M SPORT RIM ISSUE

Had a issue with 2 rims ( 19" On 3 series 2013 ) peeling/pitting around centre caps since car was 6 months old. BMW SA refused to take calls, reply in time to mails, pushed me around and wasted my time and numerous calls! They claim it was a issue caused by "chemical damage" - if this was so, why was it only 2 rims??? Also I only use BMW APPROVED RIM CLEANER??? Have noticed this rim defects on a dozen other cars with the 19" M/S rims so it definitely is a detect, but they take no responsibility as normal!!

BMW South Africa review in Durban, Kwazulu-Natal: Incorrect diagnosis

I have a 2010 BMW 335i msport. I have taken my car to supertech bmw (durban) on the 04/01/14 for a problem as i am getting a vibration on my car at 120kph. The car was checked and i was told it was a buckled rim causing the vibration. I took leave from work and repaired my rim on the 06/01/14, the vibration is still exactly the same as before. The service and diagnosis of the problem was therefor inaccurate. I stopped at bmw again on the 06/01/14 to inform the service advisor. So i was told to book the car in again......its booked in on the 09/01/14. I don't see why it wasn't done thoroughly in the first place. I requested for a courtesy car and was told they don't provide that service. My job requires me to be mobile which makes not having a car very inconvenient. BMWS poor service and diagnosis of the problem is the reason for multiple visits, i don't see why a car cannot be provided for a few hours. This will be the last bmw i purchase due to poor service!!!!!!! DR LOKADASEN
