BMW South Africa review in Midrand, Gauteng: No car, No refund of my deposit, No communication

1.0
Details
I was recently interested in buying a 420d through my business, the sales lady suggested I pay R100,000 deposit to secure the spec I wanted in January. I communicated to her in March that I was no longer interested since the process has taken so long, she then committed to a refund been made within 2 days of my communication. I’ve tried on numerous occasions to contact her for adequate feedback and she since hasn’t taken my calls or returned them. Can I please get my deposit back?!

BMW South Africa review in Midrand, Gauteng: Regret

2.2
Details
I will start with 4 years ago, my husband work at a mining company and in 2012 they had a very violent strike at the time, due to safety reasons employees were forced to stay at home. They were first promised that they would be paid but because some of the workers were part of the strike that vandalised the offices they were told that they will no longer be paid for more than 2 weeks of being at home. So at that time we asked BMW if we could trade in to drop our instalment but they refused, we then asked them if they could break up our instalment in 3 months as we couldn't afford it that month... So in the end because of the strike and BMW that refused to help us we had to go the Debt Rescue for help. BMW weren't very happy about it but if they helped us in the first place we could have worked things out.. So then BMW gave Debt Rescue the outstanding balance and they worked out payment plan and according to that payment plan BMW should have been paid up by now. Under the assumption that it is paid up that the rest of that instalment would be paid on our house, but because (as we just found out) the outstanding is now at R98367.50, and now we are forced to sell the house as they are now unhappy that they will no longer get an increase, so that means that we have to pay another year and a half for BMW. Why is it that from the balance they provided Debt Rescue and according to them should be paid up by now it is still so high? In the meantime Debt Rescue is trying to get hold of BMW to find out what is going on and I have sent them an email to contact us but NO reply from any one... They are however very quick to call us (not Debt Rescue) to find out why the payment is late and then threatens to blacklist us...We are already under debt review so what are they going to do?! We kindly ask for BMW to sort this out, either contact Debt Rescue or they will stop payment as I said according to their calculations it is supposed to be paid in full.. Kind Regards,
