BMW South Africa review in Johannesburg, Gauteng: The worse after sales back up

Took my car in twice. First time battle to make a servive appointment. My car was not ready and parked on pavement when ready and not properly parked. Leaking shock at 26000km. Took car back on Wednesday with promise will be ready Tuesday morning for collection and the car was not even started being fixed. They did not realize I have car track fitted so I can view movement. My brakes was not done despite the fact it was due in 2000km. The service is pathetic yet they close all the dealership that use to give good service!!!!

Details
I took my car for service at bmw city auto and received a quote for the back and front brake pads. I then decided to replace the rear beaks as the front ones had another 14 000 as indicated. Today I asked for another quote as the break pads are due to be changed, yes I do acknowledge the prices would be slightly up but to my suprise I get quoted on different set of items (ventilated disc) which the previous and original is not ventilated. The latter costs me 74% more than the disc that I was previously quoted. I queried this and the ans I get it’s the vin number and change of suppliers but this is rediculous as I never decided to change suppliers that would have impacted on client experience. Would never recommend BMW since this kind of experience. 079 893 8931

I took my car to Auto glen for service. I am sure they accidentally deactivate my alerts for service. The car didn't alert me it's due for service. I went to the dealership. The dates were faulty. After the August service it would still say service due. Now they put a note next to my car on the system. I am informed should my engine give me problems you won't fix my car. I need that not removed or an additional information why the car was late for service. Check my history with my previous cars. Regards Elias 0827192364

I need a front left tyre for my 335 i. I contacter you service center. I explained that I hit a pot hole and my tyre was ripped. I managed to get my car home as I wast 2km from home. When I called and asked for assistance I was told that they only have X amount of spare wheels available. I will be chanding my brand of car in the next week. Don't provide me with BMW assist if you can't honour assistance. Sorry your plot failed, I need service and not promises that you can not honour. I've been driving BMW for fifteen years now.
