BMW South Africa review in Cupertino, California: Complimentary Advanced Driving Course not received!!!!
Last year September, I purchased a pre-owned 3 series from the Northcliff BMW dealership. I bought the car after receiving a promo email which advertised that if the vehicle is purchased before the end of September, you get a complimentary advanced driving course. It is January 2019, I am yet to receive this driving course. I have communicated with the Sales person numerous time, and he assured me that he was looking for a date to book me, but nothing has materialized. I sent an email to the dealership on the 24th of January and I am yet to receive a response.

Bmw South Africa Oil Change Review
I have Googled why my service light still shows red after service was done and the answer was is iether wrong or not the right oil was used hence the red light still reflects. My car was done in a hit and run at Menlyn Bmw manner hence maybe the satuation. It took Korne one and half to two hours to change oil,sparkplugs?microfilter and air filter.

Bmw South Africa Car Repair Review from Mountain View, California
Hi, took my in bmw menlyn for spark plugs, oil change,air filter, microfilter and requested my old parts. I was phoned at 12pm and told they haven't started doing my car,i replied its fine as long they can do it today but at 15:30 i was phoned by Moses saying they couldn't get to my car. I went to the sercvice centre and was advised that Korne will be doing the service himself. At 17:20 i was handed my car and noticed the service lights wasn't reseted and Moses asked one of the bmw workshop people to assist due to Korne insisted he did reset the service light. Please note till today the service lights still reflects car needs service. I phoned bmw customer centre and Mahumed told that Korne told me there was something faulty with my service light hence it cant be reseted. I was able to reset a flat tyre and the one light tgat shows the car has to be checked just to test and all has been reseted. My question is how is it possible to drain and change all that needed to be changed at whithin two hours and all of sudden my service light cant now be reseted and this is because i asked for all the old parts. A hit and run service was done on my car and someone needs to be held responsible for this. No way will it take such little time to change the parts mentioned and the fact that Korne didn't even note this down on the invoice that my car has a problem with reseting the service light. This car has never had that problem and has been going to service at the same dealer. Please i need advice re this satuation before i report this to BMW GERMANY.
