BMW South Africa in Johannesburg, Gauteng - The worse after sales back up

Details
Took my car in twice. First time battle to make a servive appointment. My car was not ready and parked on pavement when ready and not properly parked. Leaking shock at 26000km. Took car back on Wednesday with promise will be ready Tuesday morning for collection and the car was not even started being fixed. They did not realize I have car track fitted so I can view movement. My brakes was not done despite the fact it was due in 2000km. The service is pathetic yet they close all the dealership that use to give good service!!!!

I lodged a complaint about my car and Donford Helderberg. As could be expected, it was found that a faulty brakes warning system was my fault.

I will not leave this case here, but will do my duty to warn all prospective BMW buyers to NOT buy BMW.

No matter the logic of your problem, BMW SA will always side with the dealer. I will use all means to my disposal to get the attention of the public at large.

I took my car to Leo Haese Centurion for service. I was early and first in the que which was at 0640 and was tendered to at 0710. I waited to be transported for more than an hour and there was no communication on when I would be given a lift to where I needed to go. I was also the last person to be taken even though I live about 12Mms away. I find this kind of apathy by the dealership pathetic and unacceptable. My next car that will replace my X5 will never be another BMW.
